Excuse Busters!

Excuse Busters

1. Am I too old to learn karate? Age is not a factor if you are in reasonably good health. Performing the karate movements is a natural type of exercise that you can easily adapt to your level of fitness. You can learn and train at your own pace. Literally everything you do in karate class will strengthen you, make you more flexible, and improve your endurance. Karate is a great way to restore your health and vitality as you get older.

2. But, I’m really out of shape! Our program will help you get in shape and keep you there. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you’ll feel a difference in muscle tone, stamina, flexibility and coordination. Don’t worry! No one expects you to be a black belt overnight. You will train with a group of people with varying abilities and at different belt levels who will help you and encourage you.

3. I just don’t have the time… It’s not necessary to spend long hours away from your important activities. We can arrange classes or private instruction to fit your schedule. Two formal classes a week is sufficient to make steady progress. You can supplement your classes with a little practice at home.

4. Can I observe a class? Yes, in fact, we recommend it. We have a reception area where you can sit comfortably and watch a class without disturbing anyone. Afterwards, you may ask questions of the instructor, or just as important, talk to the student themselves.

5. Is it expensive? Definitely not. Call us or stop by today for information about rates and class schedules. Then join with us and let us help you on your way to realizing your full potential. Call (256)340-0500 for more information.
