Women’s Self-Defense & Cardio Classes!

Ladies: join us for an exciting 6 week course in self-defense mixed with a lot of cardio!

The class starts January 7th, and meets weekly on Saturday at 9am.
Open to women and girls 13 years or older.
A great opportunity for mothers and daughters to learn together!

During the 6 weeks, you will become more confident in your ability to defend yourself.  You will enjoy a challenging workout that will help you become a stronger and more confident woman!  We will start at a beginner’s level and build each week, so don’t worry, everyone will learn at the same pace!
