Sensei Chase Russell
Let me start by telling you a little bit about myself.
I started taking karate lessons in July 1992 when I was 9 years old.
With hard work in class and a lot of practice
at home I earned a black belt in December 1995.
I have held the following titles, each for
the applicable ranking belt & age group:
Alabama State Champion:
1993 through 1997 & 2001 through 2004 (AKC)
International Karate Circuit Champion 2003 (IKC)
Regional Sport Karate Circuit Champion 2004 (RSKC)
I am now a 3rd degree black belt and I opened my school in October 2003

MONDAY	4:30-5:30 Children Beginners 5:30-6:30 Children Intermediate & Advanced 6:30-7:30 Children Beginners 7:30-8:30 OPEN CLASS - ALL AGES and ALL RANKS
TUESDAY	5:30-6:30 Children Beginners 6:30-7:30 Adults -ALL RANKS
THURSDAY	4:30-5:30 Children Beginners 5:30-6:30 Children Intermediate & Advanced 6:30-7:30 Adults - ALL RANKS

You must attend two classes per week but are
welcome to attend as many as you like in your division.
